Desk Athlete’s Essentials to Feel Amazing is an entry level course designed to give you an understanding of how your habits, environment and actions are playing a role on how you feel and function.
By the end of this course you’ll know why you experience aches, pain and discomfort, how to assess it for yourself and most importantly the basic strategies you can start to implement that specifically make you feel feel better right now.
Morning Mobility is a series of 8-10 minute mobility routines designed to make you feel really good. We have created 3 areas of focus: Upper, Lower and Full body. Just set your phone, tablet or computer up, hit play and follow along as we guide you through gentle mobility routines. Most routines do require you to have room to move around on the floor.
